Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, tỏi băm phi thơm. Cho đậu que đã cắt nhỏ vào chảo, dùng đũa đảo đều cho đến khi đậu que chuyển màu xanh tươi, cho phần thịt heo xay vào, đảo đều, cho thêm 2 muỗng canh nước lọc, trộn đều.
Cho kimchi vào chảo, dùng đũa đảo đều, cho cơm gạo lứt vào chảo. Dùng muỗng trộn đều cơm.
Múc cơm ra dĩa, cho thêm 1 muỗng dầu ăn, đập 1 quả trứng vào ốp la lòng đào.
Cho trứng lên đĩa cơm, rắt thêm 1 ít tiêu xay cho thơm đậm đà, dùng thêm tương ớt nếu bạn cùng sở thích với mình nha, dùng muỗng xắn đôi phần lòng đào hòa lẫn cơm, ăn siêu siêu ngon luôn ý!
