Tiếp đến, thêm nước mắm, nước tương, đường và muối vào nấu thêm 5-10 phút. Cuối cùng, cho mơ và rượu mơ vào. Lúc này, hỗn hợp sôi thì bạn hạ nhỏ lửa, nấu cho đến khi sườn mềm, nước sốt sệt lại là được (trong khoảng 50 phút).
